Abstract

Written in English; concise and factual and is able to stand alone as a unit of information. Describes the major points of the research, includes the background, purpose and focus of research, methods used, finding or results and conclusions of the full-length paper. Keep provides logical connections (or transitions) between the information included. Typed with one space and the length of article between 200 – 350 words. If possible, avoid to contains no information not included in the paper. trade names, acronyms, abbreviations, or symbols.

Keywords: Written in English. Choosing appropriate keywords is important, because these are used for indexing purposes. Please select a maximum of 5 words to enable your manuscript to be more easily identified and cited. 

Guidelines for Video Presentation and PowerPoint

Submission of Presentation Video and Slides

  1. Please prepare a video presentation – you can present in front of a camera over the Ms PowerPoint OR a combination of any other creative methods of your preference. For example, you may use multiple screens, one for the PowerPoint presentation slides and a smaller one with you as the presenter.
  2. The video duration maximum 10 minutes.
  3. The video file size maximum 100 mb
  4. Kindly prepare your slide as per template given.
  5. Presentation must be in English.
  6. Recommended file formats for video presentation: MP4, MPEG4, WMV or AVI
  7. Naming your video and PPT. Please follow the following format when saving and uploading your recording and PPT: room_author name_abstract ID (e.g. 1_Smith_ABS-123)
  8. Please upload your video at the following link by Saturday (21 May 2022) before 11.00 pm.

Video Presentation on the Conference Day

The links for main session and parallel sessions will be sent to registered participants through email a week before the conference day.

  1. You are required to be in your parallel session during your slot. Please standby at least 10 minutes before your parallel session starts.
  2. Your pre-recorded presentation video will be played by the chairperson during your slot in the respective parallel session.
  3. You may receive feedback and questions posted by the viewers during the Q&A session after your pre-recorded video presentation. Kindly respond promptly
